Call Dan here to get some supplies well on a business trip and this big box chain grocery store is everything you’ve come to expect in the center Kroger’s.
It is a Wonderland of every food delight you could hope for outside of going to a specialty grocery store.
With that being said I am surprised as I walked up and look more like a florist shop with all the flowers both inside and outside at the pushing.
This store is huge very clean and the staff very nice in fact check out lady to check us out was awesome and her name was Raven. With that being said it does seem like the staff here are following the American modern times and quietly quitting with a super slow pace. I don’t really understand it the lady was incredibly nice but her pace could’ve been out performed by kindergarten and I saw that across all the cashiers.
I get this please double thumbs up and I return to it again provided I am not in a hurry because you will not get out in a hurry the lines are backed up and they are super slow and I guess that’s just the times in America today
They changed the fried chicken recipe and it is terrible please go back to original recipe please, you guys always had the best chicken now I won't even buy it
Yvette consistently exhibits discourteous and unfriendly behavior. I have observed her displaying rudeness not only towards me but also towards other customers. Consequently, my experiences with the self-checkout have often left me feeling less content compared to my initial state upon entering the establishment.
This Kroger is otherwise lovely.
They should improve customer service! Only 1 cash register is available when there is a lot of demand to pay!
This is "my" Kroger. I have a relationship with my store. The employees are from my community. They live here too. We recognize each other. We belong. To-geth-er. I can go in more than a couple times a week. A considerable portion of my budget goes to this store. In exchange I get things I need to sustain my life. Nutrition, pharmaceuticals necessities to maintain my health. The nutritional needs are my responsibility. There are also life quality purchases I can make. Flowers for the dinner table on Thanksgiving Day, chocolate, the emergency replacement kitchen tool when the spatula gets too close to the burner and melts where it won't nicely flip an egg anymore because you were paying attention to keep the gravy stirring so its smooth, not over baking the rolls and whipping the egg whites so the dessert will be light and fluffy. My Kroger and the employees are there for me. Always. Before, during and through the pandemic they are there through increased risk to themselves. I am grateful.
My only regret is that this location doesn't have a fueling station on site for my Kroger bucks discount I use to lower my ever increasing fuel costs. Though noted there are several fueling stations within the block, some adjacent to the parking lot.
Thank you, Kroger.
Happy Thanksgiving.
Wow, has it already been a year since the last Kroger post? This is still my Kroger! A clerk in dairy told me about a store app that I can search ads ahead of time and get barcodes for coupons to use in store by scanning my phone. (If the reader can see the lines behind my cracked screen.) I went early in the morning today and I really liked it. No crowds, no freight in aisles, NO lines at checkout!
It is nice to be recognized at 'my' store. I found a cute little rabbit's foot fern. It's nice to have some fresh greenery in the house when everything outside is so brown and gray. Rabbit's feet are supposed to be lucky? (I guess unless you are the rabbit without it.) However, the lucky bamboo didn't appear to have much luck.

I finally found boil in a bag quick rice. Thank you, Kroger.

Two quart dish, one sealed bag of rice.
Enough water to cover/submerge bag. ~3 cups. Cover tightly.
Microwave 15 minutes. Done.
The staff are very rude ! They close at 10pm but lock doors at 9:30 , I went to get my child some medicine and they wouldn’t let me in. Lady was very rude and snobby.
I shopped there 2 days ago. After checking out there's a lady that stop me and said" that chicken wasn't in there" I said what? I watched you and I never saw that chicken in the cart!" I'm confused and don't understand. I told her it's been in here the whole time, she said " no it wasn't never there and now it is. I felt like I was being punkd by a customer. She went back and forth with me saying it wasnt there and she was rude and mean to me. I asked her are you serious, are you accusing me of stealing? She just looks at me. I asked again and she says again" that chicken was never there!!" After all of that police stuff she did then she ask for the receipt, she couldve asked for the receipt before arguing about chicken. I'm not a magician lady, i cant make chicken appeara d dissappear, im human just like her and I'll never disrespect that lady like she did me. After all her insults she said " aw it was there the whole time" I'm hurt, I just walk off crying and she screams at me HAVE A NICE DAY!"( <-that was the icing on the cake)after all she did to me. I'm a patient that don't get out much bc I'm in the hospital most of the time. She set my medical issues off where I felt I couldn't breath. Why would she treat the
Customers like that?
Friendly staff. Prices are competitive but choices are slightly limited. The pharmacy desperately needs more staff but they are caring and very helpful. They take the time to treat each person so their questions are answered and issues solved.
